If you wish to test the quality of our machines before
committing to a purchase
we will be glad to ship an
evaluation unit free of charge. You may keep the unit
for 60 days to allow your technical department to
inspect it at their leisure.
In addition, if you are ever unhappy with a purchase you
may return it for a full refund.
Selecting
With over 10,000 units in stock and access to all Tier 1
models and brands, we are sure to have the exact model
and specifications you desire. Whether you have very
specific needs or require some recommendations our
Educational Account Managers can assist in your
decision.
Purchasing
When creating an account with The Computer Broker
you will be assigned a single, dedicated Educational
Account Manager. Your Account Manager will facilitate
any purchase or request for information you might have.
Payment
Our Accounting Department will work with you to meet
your budgetary restrictions. Automatic terms are given
to all government funded educational facilities and
flexible financing options are available.
Shipping
Our Logistics Team can ship any number of units to any
number of locations within a specific time frame. Driver
assistance can be provided. Our shipping and receiving
team uses the highest quality, environmentally friendly
packaging materials and our custom boxes ensure the
systems arrive in the same factory refurbished condition
they left our warehouse in.
Service
Our Customer Service Representatives will assist in the
event of a problem with one of our systems. They are
knowledgeable, flexible and trained in the specific
technical challenges you face.
