Depot Warranty
The Computer Brokers Depot Warranty Service is available on all computers and covers the following features:
- The Computer Broker uses third party companies for
ALL
warranty repairs.
- IMPORTANT: Save all shipping boxes and packing materials.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required
for all warranty repairs.
- The RMA will provide shipping instructions.
- Customer pays all shipping charges to repair center.
- Repair center pays return shipping.
- Does not cover external components other than keyboard, mouse, and speakers.
- Valid for the life of the warranty.
- Must be purchased at the time of the sale.

End of Lease
- For tax and cash flow reasons, many businesses lease their computers. At the end of the lease, computers are returned to the manufacturer. The computers are repaired (if needed) by the manufacturer, tested and ready for sale with a minimum of a 60 day warranty.
Open Box
- All Dell Open Box Products Are Re-certified by Dell. All Come Individually Boxed by Dell.
- All HP Open Box Products Are Re-certified by HP. All Come Individually Boxed by HP.
- All IBM Open Box Products Are Re-certified by IBM. All Come Individually Boxed by IBM.
On Clearance
- These units can be from manufacturer or Computer Broker's distributor.
- Price has been reduced for quick sale!
On Site Warranty
- Warranty repairs are preformed at your home or business at no additional cost to you.
Refurbished
- These are computers that were repaired by the manufacturer, tested and ready for sale with a minimum of a 60 day warranty.
